We collect information you provide directly and information generated through your use of our platform.

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, and billing information. This data is essential for providing and managing your ERP services.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with Fluxira ERP, including pages visited, features used, actions taken, IP address, browser type, operating system, device information, and access times.

Business Data

As a manufacturing ERP platform, Fluxira processes business data you input, including product information, inventory levels, purchase orders, sales orders, production data, customer records, supplier information, and financial transactions. This data belongs to you and is processed on your behalf.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information for the following purposes:

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers

We engage trusted third-party companies to perform functions on our behalf, such as cloud hosting (AWS), payment processing, analytics, and customer support. These providers have access to information needed to perform their functions but are contractually obligated not to disclose or use it for other purposes.

We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any change in ownership or use of your personal information.

With Your Consent

We may share information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.

  • Multi-tenant data isolation ensuring complete separation between organizations

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but are committed to protecting your data using the best available technologies and practices.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy:

  • Account data: Retained while your account is active and for 30 days after deletion
  • Business data: Retained while your account is active and for 60 days after deletion to allow data export
  • Usage data: Retained for 12 months in aggregated, anonymized form
  • Support tickets: Retained for 24 months after resolution
  • Financial records: Retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax regulations
  • Security logs: Retained for 12 months

After the retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymized so that it can no longer be associated with you.

6. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access: Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
  • Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Restriction: Request restriction of processing of your personal data
  • Portability: Request transfer of your data in a machine-readable format
  • Objection: Object to processing of your personal data for certain purposes
  • Withdraw consent: Withdraw previously given consent at any time

If you are unsatisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7. International Data Transfers

Your data is primarily stored and processed on AWS servers in the ap-south-1 (Mumbai) region. For Enterprise customers who require data residency in other regions, we offer dedicated instances in:

  • eu-west-1 (Ireland) for European customers
  • us-east-1 (Virginia) for North American customers
  • ap-southeast-1 (Singapore) for Southeast Asian customers

When data is transferred across borders, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and compliance with applicable data protection regulations.

8. Children's Privacy

Fluxira ERP is a business platform intended for use by manufacturing professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 16, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:

  • Posting the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date
  • Sending an email notification to all registered users
  • Displaying a prominent notice within the Fluxira ERP platform

We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of Fluxira ERP after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
